The fans of Adriana Calcanhotto can now celebrate: the singer's new tour lands in Manaus on 05/9, at 9pm, at the Amazonas Theater. Adriana brings to the capital of Amazonas her new show, which brings together hits from three of her albums: "Maritmo" (1998), "Maré" (2008) and "Margem" (2019). The marine trilogy, as Adriana Calcanhotto calls the experience of the three discs, will be the basis of the show's repertoire "Margin".
The first album of the trilogy, "Maritmo", was the fourth studio album released by the singer, in which Adriana connects with her passion for the sea, an environment she identifies as a physical and metaphysical space, an environment of dance, movement. The word, invented by her, is a pun that reinforces the rhythm of the sea.
Ten years later came "Maré", her seventh studio album and the second of the trilogy. The album was the starting point of the project. The most recent release, which also gives its name to the tour, "Margem", was released last June 7. Its conception was made soon after the release of the second album of the triad, inspired by songs that had been left out of the previous works, but which remained within Adriana. Thus, his new show combines the beach songs that make up this trilogy of albums released within ten years of each other, confirming his sweet obsession with the theme.
