Among the 20 airports evaluated by passengers, Viracopos, which moves 5 to 15 million people per year, had the best score.

Brazilian and foreign passengers interviewed in the third Permanent Survey of Passenger Satisfaction evaluated Viracopos, Vitória and Galeão as the best airports in the country. In the survey, the 20 airports in Brazil were divided into three categories: the first one received up to 5 million passengers per year, the second one, 5 to 15 million, and the third, over 15 million.

In the general average approval ratio, which was 4.36, 89% of the interviewees evaluated the Brazilian terminals as "good" or "very good". The evaluation is done on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is considered "very bad" and 5 is "very good". The survey was conducted between the months of July and September.
