A Bates Band will perform, on March 27, one more show with the special Green Day. The band will remember the hits Holiday, Boulevard Of Broken Dreams, 21 Guns, among others. The special will take place at the nightclub Porão do Alemãolocated at Estrada da Ponta Negra, in the São Jorge neighborhood, center-west zone of Manaus, starting at 11 PM.
Green Day
Green Day was born in East Bay, California, from the friendship between its members: Billie Joe Armostrong (vocals and guitar), Mike Dirnt (bass and backing vocals) and, later, Tré Cool (drums).
The band was officially founded in 1987, but only released its first album, 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours, in 1990. During this period Green Day had another drummer, John Kiftmeyer, also known as Al Sobrante.
