With 1,258.4 points, the Boi Bumbá Garantido the champion of the 54°Festival Folclórico de Parintins. The notes assigned by the commissionío judge were read on the afternoon of Monday (1°/7), in tabulation made in the auditorium of the Parintins Cultural Center, the Bumbódromo, stage of the duel between the bulls.
Garantido also took the trophy for "Best Festival Crew. The event é held by the Government of Amazonas, through the State Secretariat of Culture (SEC).
The Garantido took to the arena of Bumbódromo the theme "Nós, the People".. The allegories and the context of the spectacles cánico choreográficos of bumbá red and white brought social chronicles allied à tradição folclórica, legacy left by Lindolfo Monteverde, founder of the boi from Baixa do São José.
"I want to thank all the artists of Garantido and all the nação red and white. The winner was the one who put on the best festival. Thank you very much to all the organizers. There were many obstacles, but we always had a lot of faith. We did three beautiful shows. Thank you, we thank you, this victory is from you," said the president of Garantido, Fábio Cardoso, emotional.

Impugnações
The two impugnationsções granted by the commissionão judging were related às faults committed on the first night of presentationsções (28/06). The boi Garantido, which opened the 2019 festival, lost a décimo for the early entry of a músico into the arena. The Caprichoso alsoéwas penalized with the loss of a décimo, for allowing the permanêness of a person not playing in the arena of the Bumbódromo. The Caprichoso, runner-up in this festival, had 1,257, 6 points, eight tenths less than the champion.
Trophéu
The trophies of the champion boiéo and best galera of the 2019 Parintins Folclórico Festival were created by Parintinense designer Fram Canto, who signs the pieces for the third consecutive year.
Made of wood, acrylic and iron finishes, the trophies measure approximately 0.70m x 0.70m and weigh about 35 kilos each. The conceptção presents regional elements, such as feathers, oxen, and their symbols, as well as Indian graphics.

In threeês nights, the Parintins Folk Festival received 40 thousand people in the Bumbódromo, on June 28, 29 and 30. In the arena, there were more than 5 thousand players on each night of presentationsções and a total of 33 allegories.
"We leave here very happy with the result of the work. We saw a significant reduction in the number of calls from the Military Police and Health Department, which shows a commitment from the State Government, so that we could reduce these numbers, even with a much larger number of spectators. A whole structure was set up and the operation was very well conducted. We will start the next projects," said the secretary of culture, Marcos Apolo Muniz.

Resources
The bumbás Caprichoso and Garantido, which this year were recognized by the Institute Historic and Artónio National Heritage (Iphan) as Cultural Heritage of Brazil, received early support from the State Government to prepare the threeês nights of presentationção. The groups began receiving the resources, around R$ 5 million, in April, which allowed them to work safely and present one of the biggest folkloric shows in the country, which annually attracts nearly 60 thousand tourists.

Structure
The operation mounted by the Government of Amazonas for the 54th Parintins Folk Festival involved more than 1,000 servers, including civil and military police, firefighters, traffic agents, health professionals, social and environmental, besides the team organizing the event. Among the most prominent actions, executed by the State Government, are the improvements in the Bumbódromo, which was delivered by governor Wilson Lima two days before the beginning of the festival, on June 26.
