More than 20 years of career singing hits of the Boi Garantidothe singer Carlinhos do Boi reinvents himself in the artistic world and becomes the "Doctor of Arrocha," singing the rhythms of sertanejo, brega, and arrocha in the Amazon night. The change of rhythm was so strong that the artist prepared an overproduction for the recording of the first DVD of "Doutor do Arrocha" DVDwhich will take place at the Municipal ClubMunicipal Club, in the center-south zone of Manaus, on April 13.
Recognized for singing the hits of the Boi da Baixa do São José, such as Uererê, Vermelho, Minha Sina, Carlinhos do Boi solidifies his career in the most involving rhythm of Brazil, the arrocha, singing hits like "O nome dela é Jenifer", "Oi, Nego", "Desça daí seu Corno", among other hits of the "sofrência" world.
According to Carlinhos do Boi, the show will have the special participation of the singers Arlindo Jr., Zezinho Corrêa and Maykinhofrom the band Feras do Forró. The event, which starts at 9 pm, will also have shows by the Banda do Municipal, Waldo César, Nunes Filho, Sandrinha Andrade, and Leninha Tsunamy, as part of the "Amarildo Paixão Caravan".
The "Doutor do Arrocha" gets emotional when he declares that during his more than 20-year career he had never recorded a DVD. He affirms that the first DVD of "Doutor do Arrocha" will have an overproduction, with successes of the two CDs released by the artist, besides the participation of singers from Amazonas. "I was successful singing boi, in the whole region, but I had never recorded a DVD. A dream has come true and in a single event we will have the greatest bolero and arrocha attractions. It will be a great celebration of this artist who used to sing boi bumbá and became the 'Doctor of Arrocha'. In the show, Arlindo Jr. will sing arrocha, not boi bumbá. Maykynho from Feras do Forró will also not sing the forró rhythm. Likewise Zezinho. We will have a brilliant party to eternalize this career in arrocha," said the artist.

In spite of the fact that the arrocha songs are very popular in the local radios, Carlinhos do Boi emphasizes that he has not abandoned his career as a singer for Boi Garantido.
