In celebration of its ten years in the educational sector, the Center for Technical Education (Centec) is holding this week a special edition of the project Centec Socialproject, offering several free services to students and the community in general.
Resume registration, issuance of professional document, consultations and medical examinations, aesthetic services, in addition to legal and psychological guidance are part of the package of activities scheduled for the days 19, 20 and September 21, when Centec will open its doors, in Djalma Batista, to receive the public.
"Centec is a school that believes in the potential of the human being and seeks to meet the needs of the market with educational projects that aim to develop professionals of excellence and, above all, citizens", says the school's director of education, Eliana Cássia Pinheiro.
She highlights that Centec is proud to have its students inserted in all the school's social actions and the celebration of its ten years would be no different. "Besides several partner companies and institutions, all the services offered to the community during this period will have the participation of our students, as well as their masters in the condition of supervisors of each work", informs Eliana Cássia.
Program
The first day of actions, on Thursday (19), will be directed only to students from the school itself. On the 20th and 21st, the attention will be shared with the entire community of the adjacent neighborhoods and others who want to attend. The participation will be solidary, with the donation of a package of whole milk or a package of Monica's Gang diapers, which will later be given to a charity institution.
On the 20th, the actions will focus on education and citizenship, with the registration of people for the labor market and the issuing of 1st and 2nd copies of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS), from 8am to 2pm. The work will be done in partnership with the State Secretary of Labor (Setrab) and the idea is to form a resume bank to be sent to companies with which Centec has a partnership for vacancies in various areas of trade, industry, and services.
On the 21st, the actions will be focused on health services, esthetics, legal advice, psychological care, and fighting domestic violence. "We will have from haircuts, nail polish, brush, and relaxing massage, to medical consultations with a general practitioner, dermatologist, and nutritionist, besides exams such as electrocardiogram, pressure measurement, bioimpedance, optometry, and many others," details Centec's marketing coordinator, Driele Cazumba.
She stresses that, on both days, the passwords for each of the services will be delivered at 7am. This is a great opportunity, especially for those who are waiting for authorization from the Single Health System (SUS) for certain exams. For the electrocardiogram alone, 100 passwords will be distributed.
Another special gift for the community, according to Centec Social's coordination, will be the raffle of scholarships and vocational guidance for the candidate to discover his professional profile and choose the best course to follow. But that's not all. The school will also give a 20% discount in the monthly fees (until the end of the course) to those who choose to take the technical courses in Administration, Logistics, Nursing, Aesthetics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electrotechnics, Computing and Labor Safety, until the end of the course.
