This Thursday (5/23), at 7pm, the Center for Visual Arts Galeria do Largo opens the exhibitions "Conterraneous", "Root" e "Space Mediations". The exhibition has free access.
"Conterrâneo" (Underground) brings together works by the Parintinense artists Curumiz de Alziney Pereira and Kemerson Freitas, with six graphite paintings on plywood, a painting/network, a block with drawings and a wall graffiti, which show their own identity in the composition of the works of these artists.
Raiz", by the artist with the same name as the exhibition, has ten paintings on Tupé indigenous mats, made by the indigenous community of São Gabriel da Cachoeira, as well as a graffiti painting on the central wall of the installation and an exhibition of indigenous artifacts with spray paint.
"Espaço Mediações", by artists Bruna Mazzotti, Rafael Cesar, Francisco Ricardo and Felipe Fernandes, seeks to accompany the work of artists in the creative process, in which the dialogue between the parties is the basis for the elaborative procedures of occupation of space to be performed by mediators Cristovão Coutinho, Sávio Stoco, Priscila Pinto and Evany Nascimento.
The exhibitions will be open to visitors during the space's opening hours, from Tuesday to Sunday, from 3pm to 9pm.
