O Emporium Roma is open for registration for the 4th edition of the course Sushiwith chef Hugo Kawauchi. The training, which takes place on the 31st of this month, is aimed at beginners who are interested in learning more about the technique of preparing this typical Japanese dish.
Chef Hugo has more than 30 years of experience in the area. He currently works as a consultant in restaurants in the city and was president of the Brazilian Association of Japanese Cuisine.
During the course, the participants will learn techniques for seasoning, cutting and handling fish, including regional fish. Hugo explains that it will be a very practical course, so that participants can actually learn the basic preparation of sushi. "For those who like to gather friends and family for new experiences in the kitchen, the course is a great option to acquire knowledge".
The course at Emporium Roma will have two classes, from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm. Registration can be made at the supermarket, located at 351 Terezina Street, Adrianópolis.
