The search for health is a concern, especially when it comes to daily eating. To give a 'helping hand' to those who want to adhere to a balanced diet, the Emporium Roma will hold, on August 10, a cooking workshop with low carb recipes.
The professional has served as a nutritionist in the clinical area, industrial kitchen, daycare centers, consultancies, and has had her own restaurant specializing in salads. Since 2013, she dedicates herself as a Personal Diet, and at Emporium Roma, she will do for the sixth time the workshop focused on low carb recipes.
The expert says she will follow a script preparing seven recipes, being one starter, two main courses and three desserts. In addition, Witte will teach the audience how to make a low carb bread, without the presence of wheat flour. "People will receive handouts and we will raffle prizes to the public present. The goal is to show easy recipes, following this line of practicality", he explained.

The course will take place from 2pm to 6pm at the Emporium Roma. She reinforces the importance of the low carb style of eating. "The low carb cuisine is a new option and studies show that it gives good results, because it is not just a diet, but a lifestyle. It's real food that benefits both health and weight loss", she highlighted.
