Company from Amazonas gets ready to export fruit pulps from the region, to the Asian market

UNIFRUIT is one of 151 Amazonian companies supported by the Export Qualification Program (PEIEX).

The company UNIFRUIT Polpas das Amazôniawhich is headquartered in the Novo Remanso community, in Itacoatiara, is betting on the Asian market to start exporting its products. UNIFRUIT is one of the 151 Amazonian companies supported by the Export Qualification Program (PEIEX), which is developed, in Amazonas, by the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex - Brasil), in partnership with UniNorte.

This week, representatives from Apex - Brasil and UniNorte, a university center member of the Laureate international network, presented the final balance of the actions developed by the program. Of the companies qualified by PEIEX, 20 are already able to enter the international market, 17 are concluding the request for certification to export to other countries, and the others are in the final adjustment phase.
