The Ponta Negra's Free Zone, this Wednesday (29), will have a free class of dance, functional and running. The action is part of the Fórmula Outdoor project and takes place from 7pm to 9pm.
In the dance class, the public will be able to learn choreographies of current songs, in the rhythms of pop, axé, swingueira, and samba. In addition, there will be a functional circuit on the sand and running on the sidewalk. The meeting point of the running group and the functional and dance practitioners is on the Ponta Negra sidewalk, near the food court.
