The month of July is ending and the Ponta Negra's Free Zone has in the calendar another edition of Outdoor Formula, event with free dance classes, crossfit and functional. The action happens this Wednesday (31st) and will take to the Tourist Complex several choreographies for those who want to sweat, guarantees the teacher Tailline Santos, from Fórmula Academia.
The Fórmula Outdoor classes have been held for three years. The project and the instructors are from Fórmula Academia, which is located at Ponta Negra Shopping Mall, in Manaus' West Zone. The goal is to encourage the population to practice physical exercises and seek a better quality of life.
The program starts at 7pm and goes until 9pm, including functional training and crossfit on the Ponta Negra beach.
The dance classes will take place near the Amphitheater and usually gather dozens of people on the sidewalk. "We are going to do a mixture of music. There will be lots of funk, Latin and country music. The goal is not to let anyone stand still," she says.
