Feirão de Imóveis, happens this weekend in Manaus

More than 3.8 thousand properties will be available for sale in the 4th edition of the event, which starts this Friday (27th), at 4pm and goes on until Sunday (29th), from 10am to 9pm.

The dream of home ownership promises to move the Millennium Shopping this weekend. The parking lot G3 of the shopping center will host from Friday (27), at 16h, the Manaus Real Estate Fair. The event is held by the Association of Real Estate Market Companies of the Amazon (Ademi-AM), sponsored by Caixa Econômica Federal. More than 3.8 thousand properties will be available for sale in the 4th edition of the event, which runs until Sunday (29), from 10am to 9pm.

"It will be a great opportunity for Amazonians to choose their new home, or property for investment, with the convenience and comfort that the Millennium Shopping provides," said the marketing coordinator of the mall, Elizandra Xavier.

The fair includes nineteen new launches and nine large real estate companies, which will present units ranging from R$106,000 to values over one million. Among the attractions are the differentiated conditions and the facilitated entry, 35 years to pay for the property, taxes of 2.95% and the use of FGTS.

Those who are interested in consulting prices, products, and making simulations will need to have their identity document, CPF, and proof of income and residence in hand. In addition, more than one person can compose the family income for the acquisition of the property.
