The front parking lot of Shopping Ponta Negra receives this Saturday (28), the I Barbecue Festival BarésBBQ - Chefs Route. There will be 6 hours of Open Food (5-11pm), with 10 stations of proteins prepared in the most diverse techniques, by local barbecue cooks and national guests, with experience in participating in the largest barbecue events in Brazil. In addition, the festival will include a barbecue workshop with Fábio de Páduafounder of the Assadores, a group of barbecue cooks that holds several events.
The organizer and chef Lídia Mota says that during the course, the participants will receive theoretical and practical classes that will cover topics such as the choice of good meats and good cuts. During the event, the public will have the right to meat at will, side dishes, and dessert.

For the marketing coordinator of Shopping Ponta Negra, Priscila Furtado, the festival is a true celebration of the barbecue culture. "The shows of the bands Joyful Rock e Bella Dona complete the attractions offered by the event, which will provide good food and leisure to the public in a family and safe environment", she highlights.
