Festival Filhos&Tal will have fun for the whole family in Manaus

With the proposal to unite leisure, art and learning in a single event, in the same space, happens in Manaus, on July 7, from 9am to 5pm, the 1st Festival Filhos&TalThe Festival will take place in Manaus, next July 7, from 9am to 5pm, for mothers and fathers with children of all ages, including those still in the womb.

The program, with several activities, will be held at Nissim Pazuello Riding Schoollocated at Rua Fortaleza, 222, Adrianópolis, right next to Empório Roma. "We will have theater, dance, circus performances, musical shows, obstacle course, interactive workshops and rounds of conversations with various experts in child care, such as pediatrician, nurse, psychologist and nutritionist," says Fabio Owada, manager of Valendo, the company responsible for producing the Festival Sons & Tal.

According to him, the event's proposal is to allow fathers and mothers to enjoy a day of leisure together with their children, that's why the program is not only focused on the children, but on the family as a whole.

Nature and technology

For families who enjoy the outdoors, the Sons & Tal Festival will be a find. The place where the event is being held is fully wooded, with lots of greenery and some small animals for contemplation, as well as the possibility of horseback riding and participating in the home garden workshop.

But families who are not averse to good technology will also have their space, being able to enjoy some of the games developed by students from a programming school for children and teenagers, as well as robotics workshops and other such activities.

"The vast majority of the activities are free, and the few paid workshops have very affordable prices, from R$2 to R$10, just to cover the cost of the materials," explains Fábio Owada.

Also according to the producer, in addition to the interactive programming, the festival will have a food court with options of varied menus, as well as a fair of creative products ranging from toys and accessories for children's rooms, to clothes and books for fathers and mothers who are interested in increasing knowledge about the day to day and the relationship with their children.

Among the conversation groups for fathers and mothers, all free of charge, will be subjects such as the development of love for children during pregnancy, the importance of the fathers' participation in pregnancy, and the pains and pleasures of breastfeeding. Issues related to infant feeding and its consequences for the child's health, with a focus on obesity and diabetes, will also be part of these conversations.
