Gol launches new direct flight from Manaus to SP

According to Gol Linhas Aéreas, operations begin on August 8. Routes will be held four times a week.

Gol Airlines launches in August a new direct flight from Manaus to Sao Paulo. The announcement was made on Wednesday (15) and includes nine other cities in the South and Northeast of the country. The flights Manaus/São Paulo e São Paulo/Manaus will take place on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In all, there will be 8 routes per week.

Flight G3 1644 leaves Guarulhos for Manaus and lasts 3h35. It takes off from the São Paulo capital at 0:30am and arrives in Manaus at 3:05am. Taking off from Eduardo Gomes Airport, flight G3 1645 will last 3h25, leaving at 1h25 and landing in Guarulhos at 4h50.

According to Gol Airlines, operations will begin on August 8. The increase, according to the company, is aligned with the strategic planning of conscious growth and, moreover, contemplates the package of counterparts with the Government for the reduction in the rate of ICMS on fuel for commercial aviation.

The expansion package of flights leaving São Paulo also includes cities such as Fortaleza (CE), Recife (PE), Salvador (BA), Maceió (AL), Petrolina (PE), Juazeiro do Norte (CE), Porto Alegre (RS), Aracaju (SE) and Foz do Iguaçu (PR).
