Enrollment for Bolsa Idiomas begins this Monday (27)

The program offers full (100%) and partial scholarships of 50% or 75% in seven foreign language courses: German, Spanish, French, English, Italian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Start at 9 am this Monday, 27/5, registration for the 14.9 thousand scholarships offered by the Manaus City Hall in the selection process of the program Language Scholarship. Online registration will be available on the site portalespi.manaus.am.gov.brwhich also has the complete announcement. The registration period closes at 23h59, day 9 June.

Coordinated by the Municipal Department of Administration, Planning and Management (Semad), through the School of Municipal Public Service and Socio-Educational Inclusion (Espi), the Bolsa Idiomas is aimed at low-income students, and offers this edition full scholarships (100%) and partial scholarships of 50% or 75% in seven foreign language courses: German, Spanish, French, English, Italian, Japanese and Mandarin.

To participate in the selection process, the candidate must be a resident of Manaus, aged 16 or older, with a per capita family income of 2.5 minimum wages, be in or have completed high school, and not be a beneficiary of a similar program maintained by the government.

In this edition, the program has the partnership of 15 institutions: Achieve Languages Manaus, Argus Cursos e Treinamentos, Aslan Idiomas, CCAA, Cultura Inglesa, Digital da Amazônia, Faculdade Salesiana Dom Bosco, Fucapi, Icbeu, Inglês e Companhia, Multcursos, May Way Abroad, Nilton Lins -Yázigi, Quality Educação Profissional and Yes Idiomas.
