On July 16, from 8:30 am às 4 pm, the registration for the third cycle of free training of the Youth Collectivein Manaus. The initiative, carried out by Coca-Cola Brazil Institute in partnership with the Group Simões, é aimed at young people aged 16 to 25 years who are attending or haveá concluded Middle School. The project is designed to help young people of 16 to 25 years old who are attending or have already graduated from high school.
Professional development and training courses are offered in the areas of Communication and Technology, Marketing and Sales, and Events Production. In all, there are 360 vacancies, of which 120 per unit, 35 for 16 and 17 year olds and 85 for those over 18.

To enroll, it is necessary that the young people have the following documents at hand: two photos 3×4, photocopies and originals of ID, CPF, proof of schooling and residence. If you are a minor, you must be accompanied by your legal guardian, who must be in possession of an ID card and original ID.
With classes twice a week, the training begins on July 30. In the classroom, the teaching method includes not only content on issues and behavioral guidelines, but also practical applications and exercises in which the students can execute the theory learned.
The Youth Collective started its activities in Manaus in September 2011 and has already trained more than 8,000 young people in this period. "The Youth Collective program has as its main mission to help the professional placement of these young people who seek financial independence and inclusion in the labor market," says the director of Marketing and Trade of the Group Simões, Márcio Dimas Vasconcellos.
At the end of the training, young people can be referred to participate in selection processes of large companies that are partners of the project, in addition to the factories of the Coca-Cola Brazil System.
At Coletivo Jovem, students are invited to think about their life plans and develop projects in the communities where they live.
