This Tuesday, 18/6, the Largo São Sebastião, in downtown Manaus, will be the stage for the show "Amazon Dreams Brazil. The free show is supported by the Manaus City Hall and will start at 7 pm.
According to toada singer Sidney Rezende, one of the organizers, the event's proposal is to bring up for discussion environmental issues, among them the preservation of bees and the maintenance of the species in the fauna.
The "Amazônia Sonha Brasil" will feature artists from the local scene, among them Patrick Monteiro, Mara Lima and the special participation of Arlindo Júniortaking the boi-bumbá to the public present. After the presentations, there will be a post-show on site, with the band The Kboclos and the singer Márcia Novo.
Rezende stressed the importance of discussing this issue and extended the invitation to the public. "I want to hug everyone at the Largo and ask them to take a minute of their attention to the representativeness of bees, the preservation of food, and how they contribute to human existence," he concluded.
