Before he passed away in November 2018, the creator of several characters from the Marvel Universe, Stan Lee, had initiated the project "Allies of the Amazon", a theme park with the superheroes helping to preserve our forest.
Besides being an excellent entertainment alternative, theme parks, as the one announced by SLKU - Stan Lee Kids Universe, can create several direct and indirect jobs, attract tourists, inject millions per year in the local economy and generate improvements in the infrastructure of the city chosen to host it.
At the moment, Manaus (AM), Belém (PA) and Porto Velho (RO) are going through the analysis phase of the infrastructure reports and the economic potential of the cities. The announcement of the host-capital may be made soon.
