Marcella Bártholo will premiere a new show at Passo a Paço

Marcella will join the line-up of "Passinho", a stage to be set up at the Coreto of Dom Pedro II Square, with a show scheduled to start at 5:40pm and go until 7pm.

With presentation scheduled for September 8th at the festival "Passo a Paço" festivalfestival, an event that celebrates 350 years of the capital, the singer Marcella Bártholo is preparing an exciting show, lively and eclectic setlist. This is what the artist says, who lives in Rio de Janeiro and conciliates a rehearsal schedule for musicals with premieres until September. She will come to Manaus especially for the presentation. "I will do a completely new show," she says.

Marcella will integrate the line-up of "Passinho", stage to be assembled in the Coreto of Dom Pedro II Square, with a show scheduled to start at 5:40 pm and go on until 7:00 pm. The space was designed for the leisure and safety of children, Marcella's loyal audience. According to her, the invitation to be part of the presentation team came from the Manaus City Hall. "They sent the invitation through social networks. When the production spoke, I could hardly believe it. The Passo a Paço is one of the biggest cultural festivals in Amazonas, with regional and international artists. I celebrated a lot with my father and my mother", said the singer.

Fulfilling a tight schedule of rehearsals for four shows in Rio de Janeiro, where in all of them she has a prominent role, Marcella said she will not measure efforts to make a great presentation in her hometown. She says she will do the show in Manaus with the presence of a live band composed of four musicians and dancers.

"I usually renew my shows every year, and this one will be completely new. It will have a current setlist of songs that are playing on the radios. I don't want to sing only pop, funk, or sertanejo, but I want to do a mixture, maybe a pout-pourri with several songs for everyone to be included in the show, dance a lot, and get excited".

The director of events of the Municipal Foundation of Culture, Tourism and Events (Manauscult), Dyego Monzaho, explains that one of the objectives of Passo a Paço is to value artists who work all year round independently. Knowing this, Monzaho points out that Marcella has matured as an artist and has been achieving results in her music career.

"She has managed to reach a market. She no longer lives in the city and has developed her career outside of here, so it is important that the project can recognize what she has been doing in an expressive way. Passo a Paço has an interesting number of reach and this makes us choose her as part of the program", he highlighted.
