The McDonald's on Avenida Djalma Batista, in Manaus, reopens to the public with several new features, aiming to provide even more convenience and interactivity to consumers. The unit underwent a major renovation to incorporate the international concepts of the chain.
The restaurant, which was the brand's first in the city, now has a more pleasant environment and innovative design, as well as a digital menu board, free wi-fi, and self-service totems that allow for the customization of sandwich items already on the menu. The space was specially prepared to bring together all the families who seek, besides comfort, fun and quality products in a single place. Another novelty is that soon the unit, which is generating 72 job openings, will also have a toy room, interactive tables, and tablets to access games.
On completing 40 years in Brazil, McDonald's continues with the project of modernizing its restaurants, products and service, to deepen its connection with consumers. The practice, called "Service Cooltura," for example, is part of this strategy and encourages the network's employees to be more natural, without standardized phrases.
