At the end of the concert, a tribute to the Parintins Folk Festival will be held with compositions by Chico da Silva.

This Tuesday (25/6), at 20h, the Amazonas Guitar Orchestra (Ovam) presents the concert "Brazilian Contemporary at Amazonas Theater. The show is free of charge and admission is free.
The concert presents Brazilian composers who produce works for guitar solo and orchestral guitar formation, among them Paulo Porto Alegre, Marco Pereira and Nicanor Teixeira.
"We will approach, mainly, guitar pieces, highlighting great names that used the guitar as the only instrument for their creations. The repertoire is within the diversity that we have in the Amazonas Guitar Orchestra, where we play various styles and rhythms," said Davi Nunes, Ovam's conductor.
