O Pátio Gourmet opens on the next day 08, its new unit in Manaus, at Via Láctea avenue, Morada do Sol set. Besides the supermarket structure, the enterprise innovates by bringing to the city a restaurant with the concept of international high gastronomy, the Marimari.
With an imposing architecture, the restaurant, whose project is signed by Danielle Sarmento, has capacity for 168 seats. Six-meter-high windows give a modern and sophisticated air to the environment, which also has a large vertical garden, completing the beauty of the place.
The concept of sustainable economy is also part of Marimari's project. The columns of the enterprise are covered with wood scraps used in the construction of boats. All the restaurant's napkins are hand-embroidered by lace makers and were brought from cooperatives in Fortaleza, Ceará. Besides the beauty and quality of the pieces, the proposal is to promote job generation.
The restaurant's chef, Marcus Pompeu, emphasizes that the new enterprise was thought out to the smallest detail. The dishes were designed exclusively by the chef and the potter Lúcia Eid, from Olaria Paulistana, a specialist in handcrafted pieces.
Marcus points out that the kitchen equipment is the most modern in the market. A large pizza oven was installed in the place. In the beverage area, there will also be novelties, such as the ofuro for craft beers. In partnership with Ambev, the restaurant will have the first colorado draft beer machine in the North. The wine cellar completes the environment, with options for wine lovers.
According to Marcus Pompeu, Marimari brings a sophisticated culinary concept with options to please the whole family. "We wanted to bring together various types of cuisine from around the world in a single place. So we will have from pizza, pasta, parrilla, sushi, seafood to regional dishes," he said.
Operation
Marimari will be open from Monday to Sunday, from 11:30am to midnight. Lunch, snacks, and dinner will be served. Completing the structure, the restaurant will have a stage for jazz, blues, and Brazilian Popular Music (MPB) concerts.
Supermarket
In the supermarket area, the Pátio Gourmet will continue to offer customers a variety of products, mainly in the line of healthy, organic food, as well as innovations in the food market. At the wine cellar, the public will have access to a variety of labels, including wines, beers, and spirits. In addition, in the supermarket the customer will find professionals specialized in the subject, to give tips on harmonization. Other areas complement the service of the establishment, such as the bakery, the rotisserie space, and the meat, fruit, and vegetable area.
Outside, the new Pátio Gourmet has a 200-space parking lot.
