The customers of the Pátio Gourmet restaurant will have the opportunity of an exquisite and tasty experience on July 23rd. The establishment will hold the 5th edition of the Harmonized Dinnerwith a menu prepared by Chef Marcus Pompeu. The special evening will also count on the presence of the sommelier Lucas Simõesa member of Famiglia Valduga, one of the most renowned groups in the Brazilian wine industry.
The dinner held at the restaurant will be unforgettable for those who wish to experience this gastronomic adventure. First, the public will be able to try a welcome drink, Casa Valduga Arte Brut sparkling wine. Next, cheeses and noble sausages will be served as a couvert.
The dinner starter will be a zucchini carpaccio marinated in fine herb olive oil, green apple, peccorino cheese, mustard pickles, and brioche toast. To accompany it, a white Chardonnay wine will make the flavor of the dish incomparable. After the starter, Pompeu will prepare a mascarpone ravioli with smoked shitake sauce served with red wine of Merlot origin.
The second main course consists of a lamb roast in red wine sauce, chickpea puree, onion grullê, and roasted broccoli. To accompany and enhance the flavor of the dish, Lucas Simões will serve Vistalba Corte A red wine.
To finish, there will be a dessert of Brazil nut sponge cake accompanied by cupuaçu ice cream with cumaru sauce and pistachio flour. It will be accompanied by Ponto Nero Celebration Moscatel sparkling wine.
Chef Marcus Pompeu points out that Pátio Gourmet works with top quality products, seeking innovation through partnerships with big brands. "We are seeking innovation. The menu prepared is already a preview of our objective, which is to work with the best in the market, which is the case of Famiglia Valduga wines", he said.

Lucas Simões graduated in Enology and has an MBA in Marketing and Sommelier. In Famiglia Valduga Group, he worked in different areas such as winemaking and wine tourism. Currently, he integrates the marketing team, focused on the creation of content for various digital platforms, development of technical data sheets and strategies for creating new products. Lucas Simões also represents the group nationally as a brand ambassador, conducting training and guided tastings.
