O Amazonas Shopping will host for the first time the Assador'ES Festivalevent that will bring together experts in meat cuts, craft breweries, music shows and kids space. The Festival, which was born in Espírito Santo and has toured several malls in the country, takes place over two weekends - October 24-27 and November 31-3 - as part of the celebrations for the anniversary of Manaus. The program is free of charge and always starts at noon on the weekends and at 5pm from Monday to Friday.
The Amazonas Shopping Marketing Manager, André Santi, explains that a new feature of this Festival is that the event will take place outside the shopping center, in the G1 parking lot. "We are preparing a large structure to receive families, with 2,500 meters of area and options for all audiences," he said.
According to the organizer of the event nationwide, Leonardo Castilho, eight meat stations and eight craft beer stations will be set up. Among the special cuts that the public will be able to try are Ancho, Cupim, Chouripán, Picanha, Ribs, Torresmo, Brisket, Pulled pork, parrilla burger, and floor BBQ. The craft breweries confirmed at the event are: Rio Negro, Taverna, Sarapó, Tucan Brew and Porto de Lenha.
He points out that the Assador'ES Festival is an event that has already established itself as one of the country's main ones in the meat segment. "Amazonas Shopping is bringing to the Manauara public a super structure with the best in barbecue and roast beef festivals. It will be a very special gastronomic experience, especially for those who love meat", he said.
To entertain the public, the Festival will have shows by local artists, in rock and country music. Children will also have a space prepared especially for them, with inflatable toys, among other activities.
