To celebrate the 59th anniversary of the emergence of the band The Beatles and 61 years of bossa nova, the musical project The Beatles Bossa Clube takes the stage at the Amazonas Theaterthis Saturday (08/6) and Sunday (09/6).

The project brings together the voices of Gisele Menezes, Mirian Abad, Lívia Prado and Nay Souza. Besides the hits "Hey Jude", "Yesterday", "Something" and "Come Together", the repertoire also includes the Beatles' last inspiration, "Blackbird", released after John Lennon's death.
Gisele and Nay currently compose the female band "As Marcianas"; Mirian Abad is a lyric singer and Lívia Prado has been a bossa nova interpreter for 18 years. The project has arrangements by pianist Carlinhos Bandeira, known for being part of the original Carrapicho band in the 1990s, and general direction by actor, journalist, and producer Michel Guerrero.
On Saturday, the performance starts at 8pm, and on Sunday, the show starts at 7pm. Tickets cost R$ 40 (full) and R$ 20 (half price) and are on sale at the theater box office and at the website bilheteriadigital.com.br.
