On the day the Amazonian capital turned 350 years old, Willace SouzaWillace Souza, son of former state representative Wallace Souza, announced on Thursday night, October 24, the return of the Free Channel Program in a new format.
The new Canal Livre will be a news portal, different from the television program, which marked several generations. In it, your voice will guide you for years, making you feel empowered, strong, and above all, represented," said Willace.
"It won't be a television program yet, but it will represent everything you have always sought: independence in information and the opportunity to have a vehicle at your disposal to be a tool to contribute to society," he added.
The public will be able to check the news through Instagram @portalcanallivre. Soon, the portal may have a WebTV.
The show Canal Livre was hosted by former congressman Wallace Souza, who died in 2010, and showed police cases with a dash of humor, becoming the audience leader at lunchtime.
