Band of DJ Evandro Jr. opens the Carnival season in Manaus

Event that traditionally opens the Carnival season in Manaus, the Band of DJ Evandro Jr. will take place on January 4 (Saturday), in the Arena da Amazoniawith free admission. In 2020, the band reaches the 19th edition and will bring together 24 attractions in 12 hours of partying.

The shows will take place from 5pm to 5am, on two stages: the Electric stage, with performances by artists from various musical genres; and the Forró stage, set up especially for the release of the DVD "The 10+ of Forró", recorded in November also in the Arena da Amazônia.

"Our public is eclectic, Manaus embraces all musical styles all year round. During Carnaval it couldn't be any different, so we gathered samba, pagode, sertanejo, arrocha, brega and forró artists to make a mix that will please everyone", comments Evandro Jr.

On the Electric stage there will be Prata Filho, Daniel Trindade, Vem K Sambar, Jardel Santos, João Victor e Rodrigo, Vanessa Auzier, Wanderley Andrade, DJ Evandro Jr XDX, Uendel Pinheiro, Guto Lima, George Japa, and Grupo Estrelas. There will also be appearances by Rogerinho da Bahia, DJ Uchôa, and MCs Pixadão, Picolé, K12, and Aleff.

On the Forró stage there will be Xote Real, Meu Xodó, Ostentação, Feras do Forró, Erlly F. Di Respeito, 100% Abusado, Forró Festança, Felipe Salles, Forró Ideal, Xandinho, Xote com Pimenta, and Forró na Pegada. With the participation of Toinho, Forrozão Mil Grau, and DJs Paulo Marques, Reginaldo Fontinele, and Evandro Jr.

Structure

The band will count on a mega-structure, with first-rate sound and light, including giant LEDs on the sides of the stages that will make the difference.

"Every year we worry about making a great party keeping the fun of a street band, but with the pharaonic structure of a national event and all the necessary security, with more than 200 men of private security, firemen, paramedics, two ambulances; besides the support of the competent bodies", points Evandro Jr.

Entrance

The entrance will be free, but for those who prefer to enjoy the party in more reserved spaces, the Band of DJ Evandro Jr. will also have two VIP area boxes with open bar of beer, caipirinha, water, and soda from 10 pm to 4 am. Tickets are already on sale at Fuga de Lula (Saldanha Marinho, in the Center), Pelica Store (Shopping Grande Circular), Lorinho Cell (main Manoa) and the snack of DJ Evandro Jr (Av. Tefé, in Japiim) at the price of R$ 100, in all cards. Those who buy in advance will have the right to an "abadá".

Solidarity

The Band of DJ Evandro Jr 2020 will once again have a social side. As the access will be free, those who can contribute with 1kg of non-perishable food, the Pastoral da Familia will be on site receiving the donations and then distributing what is collected to charity associations.
