Because of the change, the last stop of these collectives will be at Terminal 1, located on Av. Constantino Nery.
Five lines of public transport in Manaus will have their routes changed from this Wednesday (30) in the capital. According to the Municipal Superintendence of Urban Transport (SMTU)lines 111, 125, 407, 541 and 623, will no longer go to the Central TerminalMatrix Square, in Manaus Center.
According to SMTU, due to the change, the last stop of these buses will be at Terminal 1located at Constantino Nery Avenue, returning through Saudade Square and then to the neighborhood.
The agency said that the measure aims to benefit the speed of vehicle transport in the central area, reducing the travel time in general.
Disembarking
The SMTU will also provide for passengers disembarking at T1 with integration to the Center every two minutes on the following lines: 101, 113, 123, 208, 219, 222, 300, 315, 316, 324, 326, 356, 401, 440, 443, 448, 452, 454, 459, 500, 540, 560, 606, 609, 640, 652. That makes 27 lines with a fleet of 194 vehicles.
The superintendence completed that for the return to the neighborhood the user can take any line from the center in any selective stop bound for T1 and will perform integration with its line of origin.
SMTU also informed that it is distributing official material about the changes in public transportation at the neighborhood terminals.
