Coletivo Jovem (Youth Collective) announces the opening of registration for the first classes of 2020

The initiative, carried out by the Coca-Cola Brazil Institute, is aimed at young people aged 16 to 25, who are attending or have completed high school

On January 29, registration begins for the first classes of 2020 for the free training cycle of the Youth Collective. The initiative, carried out by Coca-Cola Institute Brazil in partnership with the Simões Group and non-profit institutions, is aimed at young people aged 16 to 25 years, who are attending or have completed high school. Those interested should register in person at one of the units of the Coletivo in Manaus, from 8:30am to 4pm, until January 31st, or until vacancies are sold out.

A total of 360 places will be available, about 120 places per Collective, 35 places for young people between 16 and 17 years old and 85 places for people over 18, with a limit of up to 25 years old. To enroll, it is necessary to have the following documents at hand: two 3 x 4 photos, copy and original of ID, CPF, and proof of education and residence. If you are a minor, you must be accompanied by your legal guardian, who must be in possession of an original ID card and a copy.

The Youth Collective has three units in Manaus: Lutheria School Workshop of the Amazon, at Rua Francisco Oliveira (formerly Rua 22), #8, Conjunto São Cristóvão, in Zumbi II, phones (92) 99462-0721/ 99114-3104/ 99269-7159; Clube de Mães Japiinlandia, which is at Rua Maria Mansour, 533, Japiim, contact by (92) 99532-6481/ 3663-4470; and Lar Fabiano de Cristo (Casa Joana de Ângelis), which is at Rua Jasmim Imperador (formerly Projected), 2, Conjunto Hileia II, Redenção. With classes twice a week, the training starts on February 3rd. In the classroom, the teaching method covers not only content on behavioral themes and guidelines, but also playful applications and practical exercises, in which the students are able to execute the learned theory. At the end of the training, young people may be referred to participate in selection processes of partner companies of the project, in addition to the companies of the Simões Group.

Since the beginning of its activities in the city in September 2011, the Youth Collective has trained more than 8,000 young people in Manaus, including those from other states and countries.
