This Thursday, September 29, at 8:00 pm, the premiere of Les Artistes Café Teatro the show "We do not accept abominable colors", with free admission.with free admission. The play is performed by the graduates of the Theater Course of the Amazonas State University (UEA) and is supported by the Municipal Foundation of Culture, Tourism and Events (Manauscult).
"We do not accept abominable colors" lasts 40 minutes and was prepared for the completion of the students' course and has as its plot a reflection on issues related to homophobia experienced by the community LGBT COMMUNITY. The show will be presented in frames, from the revelation of a young man's homosexuality to the part of a high acceptance by society. The cast is formed by Diego Leonardo, Maik Mota, Manuel Fagache, Matheus Sabbá and Giese Santos.
Matheus Sabbá, who is also one of the directors, explained that the group and the play were born because of the actors' ideological compatibility and also because of the need to address these issues.
"It is a very frequent theme in Brazil. As all who participate in the process are homosexuals and have experienced some sexual pressure, we saw that it was very important to talk about this issue and make the audience that will watch, somehow, can reflect ", he said.
The Café Teatro is located at 377 September 7 Avenue, downtown.
