The event is free and takes place in honor of World Breastfeeding Week.
With the goal of raising awareness among the Amazonian population about the importance of breastfeeding, the Millennium Shopping holds from this Wednesday (1°), the Golden Augustin honor of the World Breastfeeding Week. The program starts at noon, with a workshop on "Benefits and Advice about Breastfeeding", with coach Rocio Hermida, partner of the initiative. Besides other lectures, the public will also be able to check out an exhibition by photographer Paulo Lima, a yoga class, circular dance, and also have access to breastfeeding and therapeutic tarot consulting. The event is free of charge and takes place in the Mall area.
On Thursday (2), the program continues from 11am, with the dental surgeon Greyce Kellen, who will present a workshop on "Do babies need to do oral hygiene?". At 12 noon, the circular dance instructor Selma Lopes returns to the event to talk about the benefits of this activity for mom and baby. At 2 pm, nutritionist Izabela Moura will talk about "Nutrition during and after pregnancy. At 3pm, coach Rocio Hermida will lead a round of conversation with the topic "Is My Milk Enough for My Baby? Then, from 5pm to 8pm, holo-systemic therapist Paola Guidobono will give a therapeutic tarot consultation.
On Friday (3), at 11am, designer Ruan Ítalo will be doing gestational art, drawing on the bellies of pregnant moms who attend the event space. At noon, Rocio Hermida will do a round of conversation to talk about "What to do when the beak of the breast is cracked". At 3pm, it will be the turn of the round of talks about "Stories of Light, Written With the Light", with photographer Paulo de Lima. At 4pm, Selma Lopes promotes another activity on circular dance. At 5pm, psychopedagogue Priscilla Lima holds again the workshop about "Games and Play During Breastfeeding". Then, from 5pm to 8pm, holosystemic therapist Paola Guidobono will give a therapeutic tarot consultation.
On Saturday (4th), at 11am, there will be a coffee break and a chat with consultant Rocio Hermida, who will talk about until when you should breastfeed. At noon, the focuser Selma Lopes will do an activity with mothers and babies. At 1pm, social worker Danielle Lima and pedagogue and psychologist Amanda Leira will talk about mothers' emotions. At 2pm, gynecologist Thabata Chagas will talk about the changes in breasts during pregnancy and breastfeeding. At 3pm, it will be doctor Manuel Tamayo's turn to present the theme "Myths and Truths about Hair Loss".
On Monday (6), the program returns at 11am, with dentists Raphael Holanda and Lia de Souza, who will demystify the dental care for pregnant women. At noon, behavioral analyst Nathaly Rabelo will talk about the importance of parents in the formation of their children's self-esteem. At 1pm, coach Rocio Hermida will hold a round of conversation that will address the importance of the tongue and ear tests. At 4pm, it will be psychopedagogue Priscilla Lima's turn to present a workshop on motor coordination and games for children aged 0 to 2 years. At 18h, the ophthalmologist Priscilla Barros will give a lecture on the benefits of the eye test.
On Tuesday (7), at 11am, there will be the participation of dentists Raphael Holanda and Lia de Souza, who will explain the "Influence of Breastfeeding on Baby's Orofacil Development". At noon, Rocio Hermida will present the topic "Beak Confusion: What is it and How to Avoid it?". At 1 pm, behavioral analyst Nathaly Rabelo will talk about the importance of a mother's self-esteem in raising healthy and emotionally confident children. At 4pm, yoga instructor Saulo Monte will talk about meditation with crystals as a daily tool.
On Wednesday (8), starting at 11am, the Journey of Self-Esteem will take place, with a make-up workshop with beauty consultant Karine Melo. At noon, make-up trainer Nathaly Rabelo will be giving a make-up workshop. At 1pm, the physiotherapist Helem Oliveira is doing a chat about beauty. At 2pm, journalist and stylist Cristiane Batista will talk about how being a mother helped her build a successful business. At 3pm, the space will host the image and style consultant Vanusa Gadelha, who will talk about style and self-esteem.
At 4pm, nutritionist Alessandra Alvez will present a workshop on "Weight Loss with Functional Nutrition". At 5pm starts the self-esteem workshop with coaching techniques and Neurolinguistic Programming, or simply NLP, with Nathaly Rabelo. From 5pm to 8pm, holo-systemic therapist Paola Guidobono will offer free Reiki Mikao Usui. At 7 PM, journalist and Miss Amazonas Globo 2009, Nádia Saldanha, will talk about beauty standards. At 8 PM, the event ends with the "Autoestima 360 Chat", which will bring real stories of overcoming and inspiration.
