The activities aim to encourage healthy habits in the population.
At Ponta Negra's Free Zoneon Wednesday (25), will be offered free functional classes, dancing and running. The activities, which take place from 7pm to 9pm, aim to encourage healthy habits in the population.
The program is part of the project Outdoor Formulaproject, which always takes place on the last Wednesday of every month. The project and the instructors are from Fórmula Academia, which is located at Shopping Ponta Negra.
The functional class takes place in the beach area and the dance class takes place in the Ponta Negra sidewalk, near the food court. The meeting point of the running group is also on the boardwalk. During the activities, the participants compete for gifts from the project's partners. The activities offered by the Fórmula Outdoor project are aimed at people of all ages. The goal is to encourage the population to seek quality of life.
Andrew Rogger, a choreographer from Fórmula Academia, who will teach the dance class, explains that in this edition there will be a special program of countryside rhythms. "There will even be an improvised square dance, formed with the participants who are in the class," he said. Besides that, the public will also dance funk, swuingueira, axé, calypso, sertanejo, and boi bumbá.
