Fórmula Academia holds a free carnival class at Shopping Ponta Negra

The academy will offer a free class with the rhythms that should be a success in the carnival parades this year

Fórmula Academia will give a "helping hand" to those who want to learn the carnival hits and get into the fun. This Wednesday (2/19), starting at 7pm, the gym will offer a free class with the rhythms that should be a hit in this year's carnival parades. The event will take place on the second floor (L2) of Shopping Ponta Negra, near the Brink Mania store.

The physical educator and coordinator of Fórmula Academia, José Roggero, points out that this is an opportunity for the population to enjoy the benefits of the sport, which offers high caloric expenditure, improves flexibility, strengthens the muscles, increases strength and cardiorespiratory conditioning. "And, what's even better, dancing has no age restriction," he says.

Located on the third floor (L3) of Shopping Ponta Negra, Fórmula Academia offers more than 40 types of classes for the fitness public of the capital of Amazonas. It is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturdays from 9am to 6pm, and Sundays and holidays from 10am to 1pm.
