Located in the historic center of the city, the Largo de São Sebastião Cultural Center is a revitalized space that rescues the living memory of Old Manaus. Idealized for the exercise of leisure and art, it democratizes access to culture, generating income for the artistic class and moving the surrounding commerce. It is managed by the Amazonas State Government, through the State Secretary of Culture.

Part of the Largo's program is the Circus in the Square Project, with activities totally focused on circus shows, the Art Everywhere Project, which brings local music and Brazilian popular music to the public, besides children's games, offering toys made of wood (little horses), which bring back old games such as ballerina, wooden stilt, jump rope, etc.

There are also several musical presentations, dance and theater performances, and the Tacacá na bossa project, which takes place every Wednesday.
