The Mostra do Filme Livre (MFL) has become, in the úlast few years, the largest audiovisual showcase in Brazil.
This week, the Amazônico Museum is part of the program of the Mostra do Filme Livre (Free Film Show)event, a national audiovisual and cineclub national event that, between the months of July and August, shows Brazilian films in sessions by several capitals of the country. At the Museum, the session happens this Thursday, 2/8, with the Free Short Films and the special session Mostrinha Livre, dedicated to children.
The sessions are free and take place in the Sector Library of the Museu Amazônico, in times of 9h às 11h (Mostrinha Livre) and 15h às 16h (Curtas Livres). The Museum is located at 1036 Ramos Ferreira Street, in the Center. The complete list of films that will be shown is available below. Free Film Festival
The Mostra do Filme Livre (MFL) has become, in the last years, the biggest audiovisual showcase in Brazil, exhibiting every edition more than 200 Brazilian films in the country's capitals. Fruit of the dedication and effort of many people, for more than a decade MFL has insisted that cinema, more loving than monetary, is fundamental to be made and shown.
