The Nova Era Supermarket in the Great Circular will hold, this Thursday (20), as part of the Carnival program, the "Fantasy Classwith choreographies of samba, axé and swingueira and a contest to choose the best costume. The activity, which is free of charge, will take place starting at 6:30 pm, in the supermarket's parking lot.
The participants are being invited to come dressed up for the special Carnaval class. The idea, according to the project's teacher, Márcio Prata, is to promote a great carnival block, in which the main objective is to have fun. To liven up the party even more, there will be contests to choose the best costume.
The program is part of the "New Era in Movement" project, which offers free zumba and functional classes at the Torquato Tapajós and Grande Circular units. Everyone can participate. Just be present at the place, at the time of the classes. At the Nova Era supermarket in Torquato Tapajós, the classes take place on Mondays and Fridays, in the parking area, from 7am to 8am. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the classes are from 7pm to 8pm. In the Great Circular, the activities are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, always from 6:30pm.
During the month of February, the project's instructors have been holding special classes as part of the preparation for Carnaval. Márcio Prata explains that the proposal is to teach the participants the samba, axé, and swingueira choreographies that will be a hit during Carnaval, and also to stimulate the practice of physical activity. "The classes can be the first step for those who want to adopt healthier habits. The activities are directed to people of all ages", he informed.
