Ufam Symphony Orchestra announces its 2018 Concert Season

Concert performance locations will be informed as the events get closer.

With a varied program and diverse repertoire, the Ufam Symphony Orchestra (Osufam) is prepares for the 2018 Concert Season. Works from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern periods will be performed, as well as Brazilian composers. The season also includes the participation of international conductors and musicians as guests. The locations of the presentations will be informed according to the proximity of the events.

For conductor Hermes Coelho, responsible for the Orchestra, "the work of Osufam ennobles the academic community and community in general, reflecting the excellence of teaching, research and extension of the oldest Brazilian university."

With the launch of the 2018 Concert Season, Osufam enters the level of artistic programming of major orchestras, presenting to the public the proposal of a repertoire of great artistic value.
