Amazonas Military Police promotes 35th Tiradentes Race

The event is one of the most traditional pedestrian races in Amazonas.

Registrations are open for the 35th Tiradentes Race promoted by the Amazonas Military Police (PMAM) and held in commemoration of 181 years of the corporation in the state. The coordination also promotes the Tiradentes RunCorridinha Tiradentes, for children.

Corridinha Tiradentes, for children aged 3 a 14 years, It happens on Saturday (21/04), the athletics track of the Olympic Village of Manaus, in the neighborhood Dom Pedro, in the center-west, and will start at 16h. The adult version of the race, for people aged 16 and up, takes place on Sunday (04/22), starting at 7am, at the Ponta Negra amphitheater, in the west zone of the capital.

The event is one of the most traditional foot races in Amazonas and should bring together on Sunday, more than five thousand professional and amateur athletes, military or civilian, in 5 km and 10 km races. On Saturday (21), approximately 500 children are expected for Corridinha na Vila Olímpica.

Registration can be made through the ticket site www.ticketagora.com.br or at the New Balance store at Shopping Ponta Negra, located at avenida Coronel Teixeira, 5705, Ponta Negra, west zone. The race kit, which will be delivered at the New Balance store at Shopping Ponta Negra, consists of a T-shirt, towel, chest number with the athlete's name, returnable chip and gifts.
