Eduardo Shinyashiki also organizational consultant, expert in developing organizational, educational and personal leadership competencies and in neurocoaching. Shinyashiki é master in Neuropsychology and Educational Leadership with over 30 years of experience in Brazil and Europe.
The project é developed through a partnership between Senac/AM and patronal unions and has the support of Sebrae. The Unions seek to contribute with the training and formation of the trade workers, characteristics that need to be strengthened, according to the president of the Sistema Fecomércio, Sesc and Senac AM, José Roberto Tadros.

The vacancies are aimed at professionals working in the sector of commerce, goods, services and tourism in Amazonas and that are associated with the main employers' unions in the respective segments.
