Trio Du Vale, Orquestra Frevo Manaus, Vanessa Auzier and Eraldo Bandeira are the musical attractions of the Rota dos Chefs edition Comida de Boteco

The event takes place on February 7, 8 and 9, starting at 5pm, at the front parking lot of Shopping Ponta Negra

Musical attractions that promise to excite the public are the spice of another Rota dos Chefs 'Comida de Boteco' edition that takes place from this Friday (02/07), at 5pm, at Shopping Ponta Negra. The Trio Du Vale promises to open the programming of the event, which will be held in the front parking lot of the shopping center. On Saturday (08/2), it's the turn of the Frevo Manaus Orchestra and on Sunday (09/2), singer Vanessa Auzier and singer Eraldo Bandeira take the stage at the gastronomic festival.

On Friday, Trio Du Vale will do a warm-up for the momesque revelry. With a repertoire filled with typical carnival music and, of course, forró pé de serra, Trio Du Vale was created five years ago by music producer Edson Ferreira do Vale, with the goal of showing the true northeastern music in the northern region.

On Saturday, the Frevo Manaus Orchestra makes the soundtrack of the Rota dos Chefs. Created in 2011, the band is formed by friends from Amazonas, Pernambuco, and Paraíba who found, in the magic of frevo, a way to express their musicality and spread the rhythm in Amazonas.

On Sunday, Vanessa Auzier, from the Amazon, thrills the event's audience with her charisma and energy. Passionate about music since her childhood, the singer has been growing in the Amazon music scene. Danceable carnival songs will be part of the artist's presentation.

Also on the last day of the event, the public will enjoy the concert by Amazonian singer and composer Eraldo Bandeira. With a career spanning 16 years, he began as an artist in university festivals and from there began to perform shows throughout the city. Although he is known for his pop and rock repertoire, he says that Sunday's show will bring marchinhas and axé.

"The public can expect a lot of joy, fun, and especially interaction, which is something that is already part of my presentations. I love to make the audience participate in the show and sing with me," says the singer Eraldo Bandeira.

Wines and sparkling wines

According to the chef responsible for the Chefs' Route project, Lídia Mota, the novelty of this edition is that there will be a stand that will be selling glasses of wines and sparkling wines. The wine influencer Manuel Fernandes will be responsible for indicating to the public options that will harmonize with the dishes of the event.

"In partnership with the Sétima Art Adega, we will present young and evolved wines (sparkling, white, rosé and red wines)," says Manuel, who reveals that his passion for wine arose three years ago, when he participated in a paired dinner.

He adds that more than ten labels will be available to the public of the Chefs' Route. Among the highlights are a 100% Syrah varietal sparkling wine, a differentiated white and rosé wine, and two evolved red wines.

Pub Food

The Chefs' Route - Barbeque Food edition will count with the presence of 14 renowned chefs from the city, among them Ary Filho, Alex Itaqui, Babu Loureiro, Dedé Parente, Eduardo Backsmann and Mirco Borga, Isis Reichl, Marcello Hagge, Mauro Lúcio, Menga Rola, Milton Rola, Paulo Fortunato, Pio Câmara, and Xande Loureiro.

Farofa de camarão; Bolinho de banana pacovan with dried beef and brie cheese; Brownie; Shrimp and squid rings breaded; Torresmo de pirarucu; Filet with fries; Brusquetta Navona (homemade bread, sugo, mozzarella, pepperoni and cherry tomato); Bolinho de pirarucu; Nail crab; Bean broth with homemade sausage; Smoked pork knuckle with seasoned fries; Roast beef sandwich (with arugula salad, tomato, and onion vinaigrette); Pastel de carne de sol (sun-dried meat pastry); Rabada (pig's tail) with rice and pirão (manioc flour); Coxinha de jerimum com carne seca (cassava flour), catupiry and biquinho pepper; and Lâminas de língua chapeadas (sliced tongue), mushroom mix, and cabbage and bacon farofa (farofa), are among the 40 dishes on the menu.
